Returns & Refunds
- You may return any item purchased from Roger’s Lawn Mowers within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all accessories, manuals, and packaging included.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, but we will cover the cost of return shipping on eligible returns.
Exclusions
- Custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
- Opened or used lawn mowers, parts, or accessories are not eligible for returns or refunds, except in the case of manufacturer defects.
- Items that have been assembled, altered, or damaged after delivery do not qualify for returns.
Warranty Repairs & Replacements
- If your lawn mower is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty and requires repair or replacement, please contact our customer service team at support@rogerlawnmachines.com
- Warranty claims do not fall under our standard return policy, and will be handled in accordance with the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty.
